KerraPro is a pressure reducing pad made of 100% silicone to protect bony prominences. Use it flat or folded. If required the sheet can be cut to a required shape or size for effective treatment.
Use KerraPro sheet to cushion and protect the head and shoulder blades, reduce pressure between the knees, ankles, and under the chin. Its sheet can also be used for hand contractures.
Indication:
KerraPro is indicated for the prevention of risk of developing pressure damage on bony prominences or on areas where medical devices may cause damage to the skin due to pressure. It is advisable not to use it as a wound dressing or directly on broken skin. Use KerraPro only on intact skin on areas where damage is likely to occur. You can also use it in areas where category I pressure ulcer is already present.
Application Method:
Cut KerraPro to the required size. Apply on clean and dry skin. Also, clean the pad at least once a day with soap and water and dry thoroughly before reapplying.
