All UK deliveries are free on orders over £50.00
Orders under £50.00 the delivery charge is £3.75

Rest of the World

Delivery costs begin from £14.00 per item and are

dependant upon location and order size.

Custom & Import Duties

Custom and Import duties are not included in the cost of the product and all such charges including Custom clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Please allow up to 5 working days for receipt of your order.

International orders can sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforseen circumstances or events outside our control.

Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please review the guidelines below:

Eligible Returns

We are happy to accept a return if:

• The product is completely unopened (seal and packaging intact).

• The product has never been used or tested.

• The return request is made within our standard return window 30 Days.

Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened packages

• Used items

• Products where hygiene seals or sterile packaging have been broken
