Urgosorb® is an absorbent dressing composed of calcium alginate fibres with hydrocolloid particles. When in contact with exudate, it forms a gel maintaing a moist enviroment for optimal healing. Also has haemostatic properties. Suitable for treatment of moderately to heavily exuding non-infected wounds.
