Promogran Prisma Dressings
Promogran® Prisma Protease Modulating Dressings is a sterile, freeze-dried composite of oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC), collagen and silver ORC (a compound of silver and ORC). Upon contact with exudate it forms a biodegradable gel and inactivates harmful proteases and the siver protects against infection.Suitable for use on exuding wounds and can be used under compression therapy.
Indications
All chronic wounds clear of necrotic tissue and visible signs of infection, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and mixed aetiologies ulcers.
Precautions
Known hypersensitivity to the components of this product. Discontinue if signs of sensitivity appear.
