Urgostart Plus Pad

Urgostart Plus Pad Dressing consists of a polyabsorbant fibre pad containing a Protease inhibitor ( TLC-NOSF Healing Matrix ). The Polyabsorbant fibres trap, bind and retain exudate whilst the TLC-NOSF Healing Matrix inhibits excess metalloproteinases and promotes the formation of new blood vessels.Urgostart Plus reduces healing time and improves patients quality of life.Urgostart Plus dressings are suitable for all stages from desloughing to complete healing of exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and chronic acute wounds.

Additional Information

Instructions for use:
Cleanse the wound bed and dry the surrounding skin carefully.
Apply the soft adherent side directly to the wound.
The Pad can be cut using a sterile scissors
Cover with a secondary dressing if necessary and secure with a bandage.
Remove dressing when saturated
The dressing can be left in place for up to 7 days.

Precautions:
Not suitable for use on heavily bleeding wounds, infected wounds, cancerous wounds
