Honey Dressings containing medical grade honey ( Manuka or active Leptospermum )have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and can also reduce wound odour. Revamil wound dressing is a 100% medical-grade dressing that contains honey on a poly-acetate carrier. The honey from the poly-acetate carrier is released slowly into the wound bed. It is a lightweight and odourless dressing that effectively kills bacteria and controls wound odour. You can conveniently cut and mould it for easy application and removal. Revamil has a protective inner cover on each dressing that lets you avoid messy applications. This dressing is ideal for treating a variety of wounds.
